As a seasoned leader, Sly navigated the cyber domain’s intricate labyrinth, exhibiting a trailblazing approach that consistently yielded success. His distinguished career within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Army showcased an unwavering dedication to the security and sovereignty of digital infrastructure. Dr. Cotton was the Multi-National Division CIO/G6 during Operation Iraqi Freedom 06-08 combat rotation. The rotation was the pinnacle of the combat surge.
